My name is Sean Lamb and I am a 1st year medical student. I graduated from Saint Louis University in 2014 and from Loyola MAMS Program in 2016. After college, I worked in orthopedic surgery research before entering medical school.

MORE

I majored in accounting in undergrad and chose during my sophomore year to pursue a career in medicine; non-traditional student. After undergrad, I entered the Loyola Master of Arts in Medical Sciences program and received my Masters. During my gap year, I worked in orthopedic surgery research in St. Louis, MO, which is my hometown. I am unsure of what I want to specialize in; areas of interest include emergency medicine, surgery, and interventional radiology. In medical school I am involved in some specialty interest groups (Emergency Med, Orthopedic Surgery, Pediatrics), as well as STEP Volunteering. Outside of medical school, I like watching and playing sports, especially ice hockey, baseball and soccer. I am happy to mentor non-traditional or traditional students, especially with regards to application cycle, completing pre-med requirements and MCAT resources.
