MORE

I am a leader in human resources who knows how to strengthen relationships, build brand, and successfully develop teams with the right staff. I analyze data, then design strategy to lead multiple teams of specialists (in a highly-competitive education landscape) in delivering high quality, well-trained candidates to hiring managers, impacting over 500 school teams. I also cultivate pipeline growth by leading expansions of existing relationships and forging new connections with local, national and global partners.
.......................................................................................................................
As an educator with experience in both whole group and small group instruction, I have taught and worked with students of all age levels. From coaching middle school sports to being the instructional leader of a 5th grade general education classroom to tutoring first through eighth grade students, I am proud to have supported students across the elementary spectrum. Transitioning to the role of talent acquisition in a human resources support capacity, I constantly draw on my experience in the classroom to recognize high quality teacher candidates to work in Chicago Public Schools.

Currently, I analyze data, design strategy, lead a team of recruiting specialists, and manage multiple partnership programs at Chicago Public Schools as the Manager, Talent Acquisition for the Talent Office. In my free time, I am an assistant coach to the Loyola University Chicago's undergraduate mock trial team, a Board Member of Loyola University's GOLD Alumni Council, and a high school mentor through iMentor. I hold a Professional Educator's License - General Education, Grades K-9 in the state of Illinois with endorsements in Middle School Social Studies and Middle School Theatre/Drama.
