My name is Dimpi Patel, and I am a first year medical student. I graduated from the College of Charleston in 2017. I majored in Chemistry. After College, I went straight into medical school.

I am interested in bioethics and am planning on entering the Bioethics and Professional Honors Program at Stritch. I plan on volunteering at free clinics in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs and am interested in working at an urban garden. My hobbies outside of medical school involve music and running. I was a music minor as an undergraduate. I would be more than willing to help in any part of the application process as well as answer any general questions you may have about medical school, deciding whether medicine is the career for you, etc.
