About His Career:

James is a seasoned HR professional. He is the Head of Compensation reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, responsible for designing, managing and administering employee compensation programs and processes across all lines of business. This role is responsible for being a creative, innovative professional who can lead the continuous development, implementation and on-going administration of the Firm’s Employee compensation strategy. In my role I am expected to have a progressive approach to compensation strategy and processes and be able to align concepts and ideas to the firm's business strategy. This role is the key resource in conducting a wide variety of business-aligned compensation analytics, compensation surveys, operational objectives and work plans.

This position is responsible for the design, execute, test, refine and managing a process in a collaborative fashion with a group of cross-functional stakeholders both within the Human Resources community and the business on an ongoing basis and function as the subject matter expert across a geographically dispersed population.
