As director-in-charge, Mr. Gagliardo provides team leadership and is responsible for all aspects of strategic planning and execution. He serves as an intermediary with clients, architects, engineers, municipalities, general contractors, accountants, and property managers on a day-to-day basis, while managing a high volume of projects. In the past four years, he led a team in completing $10 million in construction and development projects, totaling nearly 1 million square feet of real estate.
