MORE

Since graduating from Loyola, I moved back to Phoenix to begin my career as a registered nurse. I worked in telemetry for two years at Banner Health, developing a good foundation of professional skills. Since 2014, I have worked for Honor Health and my career has blossomed into more than I anticipated. I currently work as a resource/float nurse for the whole network; meaning I work between five hospitals and in nearly every adult specialty, both night shift and days. My present role includes circulating in the cath lab, patient care in cardiovascular ICU, medical ICU, trauma (level 1) ICU, emergency, telemetry, med/surg, observation, neurology, orthopedics, oncology, and SWAT nurse.

Additionally, I recently obtained my CCRN; which is a professional certification for critical care nurses. I sometimes also precept new hire nurses.

I am in love with bedside nursing and learn new skills and knowledge every day. I plan on staying at the bedside for years to come.
