I'm currently a 3rd year medical student. I graduated from Northwestern University in 2012 with a BS in biomedical engineering. I worked for a year at Epic, a medical record tech company, in Madison, WI before starting at Loyola.

As of now, I am planning to pursue either urology or general surgery.
I am a global health honor student. I traveled to the Dominican Republic after my first year of medical school with some classmates and physicians to provide care to a rural community. I am a volunteer facilitator for Women's Wellness class offered at a local community clinic, and am collecting data for my senior capstone project on the effects of group settings on health goal achievement. I plan on going on a month-long international trip during my forth year.
I am a bioethics honor student and work with Back on my Feet, an organization that empowers homeless through group running. I also collect data for this organization to help obtain grants and investigate whether group exercise helps this population with depression and tobacco addiction.
I have also been involved in research while at Loyola, primarily in (Metabolic syndrome, end stage renal disease, joint arthroplasty & urology).
Outside of school, I love exercise (yoga, running, dance, classes), baking and going out with friends.
As far as mentoring, I'm happy to help out with whatever!
