About My Career:

I have over 35 years of experience working in the field of education. My diverse experience includes teaching for 11 years at an elementary and middle school and serving as an elementary school principal for 24 years, in St. Louis, MO.

I am now retired but keep my hand in education by teaching both undergraduate and graduate education courses, supervising student teachers and chairing doctoral committees at Missouri Baptist University. I also act as final reader for dissertations at the same university.

My expertise includes public speaking, adult education, and student affair management and development. I have fostered strong leadership skills in myself over the years and I love the opportunity to help others do the same!
