Educator by training and occupation, currently leading staff development and strategy implementation as I build a professional services business. Upon graduating from Loyola, I spent time in the private sector doing project coordination for a global tech company, followed by three years in property management before returning to school to obtain my teaching certification. In the education space I have been a classroom teacher, instructional leader, and school director in start-up and turnaround environments. In any professional setting, I am focused on growth --- my own, my colleagues, as well as the organization.
