I started in Kindred Healthcare's Executive Fellowship leadership development program after graduating Loyola in 2012. Since then, I have had experience across a number of roles, including strategic planning, M&A, finance and operations. I have taken on leadership responsibilities early and often in my career and would love to share what I have learned about being a young leader within a Fortune 500 company. From working with small companies looking to partner or sell, presenting to executive management, negotiating with external vendors or mentoring field leadership, I have been exposed to business leaders at all levels of an organization. My biggest strengths in the workforce have been my abilities to communicate and relate to people, take a strategic view to problem solving, and translate complex ideas to understandable, actionable plans. I feel I would be an ideal mentor for current Loyola students looking to succeed in business.
