About Her Career:

Angela began working at The Chicago Bar Foundation as Program Manager in August, 2015. She works on access to justice initiatives through pro bono coordination, legal aid trainings, and legislative advocacy.

Previously, Angela was a staff attorney and the policy project coordinator with the Family Defense Center in Chicago, Illinois since 2013. The Family Defense Center advocates justice for families in the child welfare system.

Angela received her undergraduate degree and her law degree from Loyola. Previous to working at the Family Defense Center, Angela worked at Lambda Legal on HIV/AIDS and LGBT legal advocacy, at the Center for the Human Rights of Children on human trafficking issues, and with the Life After Innocence legal clinic at Loyola, which works with exonerated men and women post-release.

Angela is active in the young alumni organizations for both the law school and undergraduate programs at Loyola.
