Stritch School of Medicine
I'm a medical student, but I have found that some of the most interesting things in life are outside of medicine. If you want to talk about design, programming in AI, economics, and their intersection in medicine, I'd love to talk.
I went into medicine because it believed it to be an occupation that would provide self-fulfillment as well as a sense of purpose. I maintain this belief, but I have come to realize that learning medicine in isolation from the rest of the world is not to my best interest. So I am currently and actively exploring avenues in artificial intelligence, economics, and design. I believe that medicine will need to draw from these fields more rigorously in order to patch the holes that the healthcare system contains. Healthcare professionals of the 21st century will need to learn to navigate an entirely different world than we are used to, and the change is just starting to happen.
