My name is Julia Witowska and I am a first year medical student. I graduated from the University of Illinois in Urbana Champaign in 2017. I majored in Molecular and Cellular Biology. After college I went straight into medical school.

In medical school I am involved in many activities. I am a member of the American Medical Women's Association, will be volunteering throughout the community, and am interested in several interest groups. Among these interest groups I am currently interested in Internal Medicine and Oncology. I hope to specialize in one of these areas! I also will be involved in research and hope to participate in Loyola's STAR program this summer. Outside of medical school I enjoy running, reading books, as well as traveling all over the world. In terms of mentoring I am willing to help with the application process, your personal statement, undergrad research, or even just talking about the life of a medical student. Any questions/concerns you have related to medical school, general or specific, I am here to answer them!
