Kelly (Silay) Olenski, MSW, LSW received her BS (Psychology, '12) and MSW ('14) from Loyola University Chicago. Kelly currently serves as the Physician Relations Coordinator for Linden Oaks Behavioral Health. In this role, she works to integrate primary health care and mental health care to provide quality services to all and reduce mental health stigma.
Kelly has previously worked at Linden Oaks as a clinical therapist, specializing in self-injury and adolescent mental health. Kelly received her BS in Psychology (Peace Studies minor) and her MSW from LUC.
While at LUC, Kelly was involved with LUROP, Residence Life, Campus Ministry, Water Tower Campus Life, Student Leadership Development, the Office of Community Service & Action, Advancement, Campus Recreation, University Libraries, the Center for Tutoring & Academic Excellence, SSWSO, Praxis, and more. Kelly also helped found the Provost Office for Social Justice Initiatives. She is part of the Maroon and Gold Honors Society, Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit Honors Society, and Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society.
Outside of Loyola, Kelly has worked for organizations such as Little Friends, Inc., LEEP Forward, Inc., Jumpstart for Young Children, the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago, the Children’s Place Association, A Better Chicago, and Thresholds. Kelly is a licensed social worker in Illinois.
