Dr. Melonie Boone has had a dynamic management career leading the development, planning, staffing, and budgeting of organizations from startup to thriving companies with thousands of staff on a global level. She has devoted over 24 years to being a passionate leader with an eye on growth while maintaining a focus on providing value-added services. 

Dr. Boone currently serves as Sr. Director of HR Advisory on the International Expansion team with Vistra, one of the world’s leading international expansion services providers. She helps clients mitigate the risks of international operations and protect their businesses through Advisory services. In addition to her work with Vistra she also provides operational support in the areas of strategic business planning and growth as Chief Executive Officer of Blue Havana Chicago Inc.
In her previous role Dr. Boone held the position of Director of Studio Operations and HR for Iron Galaxy Studios. There she oversaw Operations, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams while advising Senior Leadership. She has also held the position of Global Director of HR for Ventiv Technology serving as a Project and Change Management Lead supporting a multinational team in seven countries. Prior to that she was Founding Principal, Operations & Business Development of Boone Management Group where she led a team of experienced consultants supporting business strategy and HR initiatives for clients throughout the US. Dr. Boone has also held various positions from entry-level HR roles to Adjunct Faculty at Kendall College, INSEEC University and Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. 

Dr. Boone holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She also holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Business Law and Corporate Governance from Loyola University Law School, a MBA from Florida Metropolitan University, and a BBA in HR Management from Loyola University of Chicago School of Business.
