About her career: Ms. Wolff has over ten years of marketing and communication experience in retail, real estate, non-profits, healthcare, performing arts, fundraising, and special events. As Manager of Digital Analytics & Insights at GGP, she evaluates digital marketing performance for over 100 shopping malls in the US. Her role includes analyzing data for campaigns as well as website and mobile app features and reporting insights and findings to campaign managers, channel leads and digital leadership. She creates and monitors A/B tests to identify campaign best practices and optimize the website experience. She is currently working toward her Master of Science in Data Science at DePaul University. Past roles have included digital content publishing (web, mobile app, social media), working closely with user experience teams to plan and test new website and mobile app features as well as improve the authoring/publishing experience, and training approximately 200 field staff on website and mobile app publishing. She is also a Team Lead with the Business Volunteers for the Arts with the Arts & Business Council of Chicago. Ms. Wolff enjoys dance, yoga, pilates, and running.
