BBA in Human Resource Management and MBA with concentration in Human Resource Management
Megan received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University, with a focus in Human Resource Management. During her time at Loyola she interned at Constellation Brands (Beverage Alcohol Industry) and later accepted a full time position with Constellation. She stayed with Constellation for seven years, working in all aspects of HR before focusing her career in Compensation and HRIS.
Before leaving Constellation she earned her MBA from DePaul University. She then took a role with TTX Company (Railroad Industry) as the Compensation and HRIS lead. At TTX Company Megan has implemented a number of strategic system enhancements, designed a new compensation structure, managed the annual merit and incentive process, and plan and forecast headcount and financials. She now manages the analytics and compensation team at Sidley Austin.
She has extensive experience in compensation, benefits, HRIS as well as experience in talent development, performance management, and other areas of HR. She has her SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and has completed 80% of her CCP.
