Ms. Cheng is an experienced professional with extensive knowledge and background in volunteer management, internship program management, volunteer recruitment, event planning, marketing and communication projects, mobilization, budgeting, and data management.

She is driven, organized, and passionate about making a difference in the community and solving problems. Ms. Cheng also delivers results with attention to detail, enthusiasm, creativity, and sensitivity that help stakeholders meet mutually beneficial goals. She is technologically savvy, resourceful, adaptable, and mission-focused in ensuring timely and cost-effective performance.

Currently, Ms. Cheng coordinates and promotes events that further the mission of the University Libraries' mission.

In previous careers, she secured a total of $108,000 grant value for six years that placed two AmeriCorps VISTA members a year, who fulfilled capacity building responsibilities. She also mobilized over 1,400 volunteers for more than 12 events and programs and over 10 office positions to fulfill the mission of the organization.

Ms. Cheng has a strong desire to give back as a mentor in the Loyola University community because she wants to help students succeed in their chosen career paths by sharing resources and connecting them to others.
